ClaimSearch 2.0
Opportunity
Re-imagination of ClaimSearch application suite (Verisk Analytics’ anti-fraud solution).
Challenges
Dismal customer sentiment caused by lack of communication and ease of use.
Outcome
Dynamic cultural shift to a user-centric approach that increased customer satisfaction and reinforced the customer perception of partnership.
Home Page
The home page is designed to provide quick access to the multiple products and features as well as to surface relevant claims that require immediate attention.
Matching Claims Report
The flagship product of the application suite is the matching claim search result. This feature is a visualization of an insurance claim and includes a claim tree which is the breakdown of all entities involved and a claim detail workspace.
Claim Details
The claim detail view includes a table grid view of all matching claims. This section also includes a timeline visualization of all matching claims as well as a Google Map of all locations related to the claim.
Matching Claims Recommendations and Shopping Cart
The initial landing screen for the ClaimSearch mobile app is the search by claim. This search form enables users to access their claim data while in the field. The target persona for this application includes Claims Adjusters, Law Enforcement and Special Investigators who spend considerable time away from their desktop but need claim data to confirm observations.
ClaimSearch Mobile Application
The application provides three main tools which are a search form, an image upload, and a voice recorder. The navigation at the bottom of the screen allows for quick access to each feature.
