At the forefront of Verisk Analytics’ customer experience strategy, my role as Senior Manager revolved around elevating customer interactions through careful analysis and strategic implementation. This involved identifying key opportunities that contributed to the development of significant roadmap initiatives and improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) — a testament to a deep understanding of customer needs and industry standards.
Our team’s efforts in expanding customer feedback channels and refining NPS survey segmentation underscored a commitment to data-driven improvements and customer-centric design. The successful integration of user behavior analytics and journey mapping at ABTI Joseph Riggio International further showcases my proficiency in using analytics to empower strategic decisions and design practices that resonate with users and stakeholders alike.

As principal design steward for the re-imagining of the Verisk ClaimSearch application suite, my role as Senior Manager focused on establishing a consistent presentation, design guidelines, and growth of the ClaimSearch UX team. This involved establishing UX research and customer centric methodologies that would improve success metrics and empower the team to service multiple applications, complex workflows and personas with focused precision and efficiency.
The deliverables for the team included wireframes, UI components, and prototyping using Figma as well as high fidelity design artifacts using Adobe Creative Suite. The team also partnered with engineers and QA teams to provide front end development expertise — a testament to the team’s adaptability and commitment. These efforts resulted in a 20% reduction in time from ideation to live production. As well, the team would also see NPS customer satisfaction increase by 42% for Ease of Use.

Responsibilities included collaboration with product owners to conceptualize effective media solutions, communicating creative concepts through client presentation, executing creative solutions for multiple NBCU properties, development and mentorship of junior designers.
